I’m back in the loop for some of my favorite channels. With digital cable, I now get Encore. (I had the Starz channels for awhile, too, but maybe it was just a free week.)
In any case, here’s some horror movie programming to keep in mind.
THE FOG: Behind-The-Scenes Featurette
I caught the trailer for the new Fog movie this past weekend. I think this could work, expecially since the original didn’t really do it for me. I know there are John Carpenter fans who love his movie, but aside from a few creepy shots, I think it could use some improvement.
On September 15th, Starz Edge will premiere a featurette with behind-the-scenes footage of the Fog remake, plus cast interviews and the trailer. Starz airs the featurette on September 16th.
The new film stars Selma Blair (Hellboy), Maggie Grace (“Lost”) and Tom Welling (“Smallville”), with Rupert Wainwright directing. Blair, Grace, Welling, Carpenter, Wainwright and producer David Foster are interviewed in the featurette.
THE FOG from Revolution Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment is scheduled for theatrical release on October 14th, 2005.
